El autor se enfoca en algunos preguntas sobre como las organizaciones procesan el conocimiento y como generan nuevo conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n nos dice que cualquier organizaci\u00f3n que se enfrenta din\u00e1micamente a un ambiente cambiante debe no s\u00f3lo procesar informaci\u00f3n eficientemente sino tambi\u00e9n crear informaci\u00f3n y conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Nos menciona que la innovaci\u00f3n puede ser entendida como el proceso en el que la organizaci\u00f3n crea y define problemas y despu\u00e9s desarrolla activamente nuevo conocimiento para resolverlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BIBLIOGRAF\u00cdA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Nonaka, I.
