{"id":322,"date":"2014-10-01T18:36:58","date_gmt":"2014-10-01T18:36:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.on-school.com\/blog\/?p=322"},"modified":"2014-10-06T19:17:53","modified_gmt":"2014-10-06T19:17:53","slug":"el-positivismo-en-mexico-parte-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.on-school.com\/blog\/el-positivismo-en-mexico-parte-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"El Positivismo en M\u00e9xico (Parte II)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POSITIVISMO EN M\u00c9XICO<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos positivistas mexicanos establecieron 3 estadios: teol\u00f3gico (la pol\u00edtica en manos del clero y la milicia), metaf\u00edsico (durante la epoca de combate entre liberales y conservadores), positivo (con el triunfo de la reforma liberal)\u201d. (\u00c1lvarez Llover\u00e1s, Guadalupe. 2007, sec. 2\u00b0.p\u00e1g.30)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de la Independencia de M\u00e9xico y hasta poco m\u00e1s de la ca\u00edda del segundo imperio M\u00e9xico estuvo en constante crisis debido a numerosas pugnas internas entre liberales y conservadores, y posteriormente entre reformistas y conservadores. Adem\u00e1s de las diferencias internas entre los grupos, M\u00e9xico continuo teniendo problemas con Espa\u00f1a debido a la independencia, con Estados Unidos por el territorio mexicano y con Francia por la expansi\u00f3n de su Imperio a tierras mexicanas. Estas constantes luchas fueron interpretadas por Barreda como \u00a0una lucha entre lo positivo (progreso) y lo negativo. Barreda encontr\u00f3 una similitud entre el desorden descrito por Comte y el desorden social en el que se encontraba M\u00e9xico desde hace varias d\u00e9cadas. Es por eso que con el triunfo de la reforma de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Barreda asumi\u00f3 que el positivismo hab\u00eda ganado la lucha contra el desorden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl positivismo mexicano se lleg\u00f3 a convertir en rutina y comenz\u00f3 a perder cr\u00e9dito, adem\u00e1s de la opresi\u00f3n intelectual, pol\u00edtica y econ\u00f3mica. La generaci\u00f3n educada por Barreda cambi\u00f3 el positivismo por el escepticismo, ya que no cre\u00edan que la ciencia lo fuera todo. Para Diez Guti\u00e9rrez, los derechos se alcanzaban con el trabajo, cada cual tiene los que ha sabido alcanzar. Cada hombre tiene los derechos que ha sabido alcanzar con su trabajo\u201d (Nu\u00f1ez Carpiso, Elssi\u00e9. 2001, p\u00e1g. 372).<\/p>\n<p>Desde mi opini\u00f3n, hab\u00eda que mencionar que adem\u00e1s de los problemas pol\u00edticos, exist\u00edan graves problemas con respecto a la educaci\u00f3n, como el analfabetismo, en el cual se encontraban la mayor\u00eda de personas en M\u00e9xico, que en aquel tiempo podr\u00eda considerarse como un lujo de las altas clases sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Mi pregunta en este momento, c\u00f3mo se esperaba que los problemas que ten\u00eda M\u00e9xico, tuvieran soluci\u00f3n con la poca o nula educaci\u00f3n que se ten\u00eda en la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gabino Barreda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gabino Barreda originario de la Ciudad de Puebla, viaj\u00f3 a Francia donde estudio y fue influenciado de las teor\u00edas positivistas de Augusto Comte. A\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de su regreso a M\u00e9xico y con el triunfo de las reformas liberales, el presidente Benito Ju\u00e1rez lo llam\u00f3 como colaborador.<\/p>\n<p>El positivismo llego gracias a Gabino Barreda que sirvi\u00f3 como filosof\u00eda para el gobierno del presidente Porfirio D\u00edaz, y gracias al contexto similar que estaba viviendo la republica con la crisis que se presento en Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, Barreda discrep\u00f3 en algunos puntos con respecto a Comte, ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos liberales pidieron a Barreda la organizaci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, y que se pareciera al conservadurismo de Comte (amor, orden y progreso),\u00a0 Barreda la cambiar\u00eda por\u00a0 libertad, orden y progreso, libertad como medio, el orden como base y el progreso como fin. Barreda dirigi\u00f3 a la escuela preparatoria como medio para una preparaci\u00f3n de estudios superiores. El proyecto de Barreda abarco la ense\u00f1anza primaria en el que la propuso como obligatoria para todos los mexicanos, lo cual para los liberales iba en contra de la libertad del hombre\u00a0 de pensar libremente\u201d (\u00c1lvarez Llover\u00e1s, Guadalupe. 2007, sec. 2\u00b0.p\u00e1g.31).<\/p>\n<p>Para mi Barreda tuvo una visi\u00f3n de proyecto muy ambicioso que sembr\u00f3 las bases de la educaci\u00f3n, a como la conocemos hoy en d\u00eda. Por ejemplo, establecer la educaci\u00f3n primaria como obligatoria ayudar\u00eda en principio a combatir el rezago educativo en la gran mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n mexicana. As\u00ed mismo, es interesante rescatar que gran parte de los niveles educativos que tenemos en la actualidad siguen vigentes a como los propuso el Dr. Gabino Barreda. Sin embargo, tendr\u00edamos que estar consientes de los contextos hist\u00f3ricos diferentes de la \u00e9poca de Gabino Barreda con el actual, ya que Barreda lo propuso para una sociedad y un contexto donde la poblaci\u00f3n era pr\u00e1cticamente analfabeta. Y ahora, las necesidades de la sociedad son totalmente diferentes pero sin en cambio seguimos pensando resolver los problemas de anta\u00f1o, cuando deber\u00edamos preocuparnos por el bajo nivel educativo en general con respecto a pa\u00edses desarrollados y pa\u00edses en v\u00edas de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Con la muerte de Gabino Barreda, en 1881, terminar\u00eda la etapa del positivismo Comtiano. Sin embargo, su ideolog\u00eda positiva hab\u00eda quedado arraigada en los liberales de la \u00e9poca porfirista, uno de ellos ser\u00eda Justo Sierra, quien formar\u00eda la Escuela Cient\u00edfica Pol\u00edtica de M\u00e9xico, que m\u00e1s tarde se convertir\u00eda en el Partido Uni\u00f3n Liberal, apoyo pol\u00edtico y filos\u00f3fico de la dictadura de Porfirio D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POSITIVISMO EN M\u00c9XICO \u201cLos positivistas mexicanos establecieron 3 estadios: teol\u00f3gico (la pol\u00edtica en manos del clero y la milicia), metaf\u00edsico (durante la epoca de combate entre liberales y conservadores), positivo (con el triunfo de la reforma liberal)\u201d.
