Gowin ( Novak e Gowin ; 1981: 96). Se trata de una visi\u00f3n b\u00e1sicamente Vygotskyana, en la cual el proceso de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje se ve como una negociaci\u00f3n de significados cuyo objetivo es compartir significados acerca de los materiales educativos del curr\u00edculum. El profesor (mediaci\u00f3n humana) es quien ya domina los significados aceptados en el \u00e1mbito de la materia de ense\u00f1anza y el aprendizaje es aquel que busca captar tales significados. Cabe al profesor, presentar de las m\u00e1s diversas maneras, y varias veces si es necesario, esos significados y buscar evidencias acerca de si el alumno los est\u00e1 captando. Al alumno le compete verificar si los significados que est\u00e1 captando son aquellos aceptados en el contexto de la materia de ense\u00f1anza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Es eso lo que se\nentiende por negociaci\u00f3n de significados y ella ocurre en otro contexto que es\nel medio social. El aprendizaje significativo en la visi\u00f3n humanista de Novak.\nEn ese modelo, un episodio de ense\u00f1anza se consuma cuando el alumno capta los\nsignificados que el profesor quer\u00eda que \u00e9l captase y que son aquellos ya\naceptados por una comunidad de usuarios. Es en ese sentido que hay un compartir\nde significados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde este punto de vista, el aprendiz est\u00e1 en condiciones de\ndecidir si quiere aprender significativamente, cuando capta los significados\naceptados en el \u00e1mbito de la materia de ense\u00f1anza, compartiendo significados\ncon el profesor respecto de los materiales educativos del curr\u00edculo. Es decir\nque Gowin introduce la idea de captaci\u00f3n de significados como algo anterior al\naprendizaje significativo propiamente dicho. (Moreira; 2002: 64). La captaci\u00f3n\ndel significado, esta dentro del marco de la comprensi\u00f3n, que antes de esta, se\nencuentra el conocimiento.
