Barkley<\/h2>\n<div>\n<div class=\"content_block_basic\">\n<div>\n<p>El Dr. Barkley recalca que no se podr\u00e1n hacer cambios si los maestros no conocen el trastorno y su base biol\u00f3gica. Que el TDAH no es el resultado de padres malos. Que debemos aceptar la discapacidad y dar igualdad de oportunidades. El que un ni\u00f1o tenga \u00e9xito o no depende de muchos factores, no s\u00f3lo el TDAH, pero al que lo padece debemos darle la ayuda necesaria para que le pueda tener.<\/p>\n<p>Barkley da 5 recomendaciones:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Debido a su falta de retenci\u00f3n en mente: Crear a su alrededor listas, tarjetas, signos, pegatinas.<\/li>\n<li>Por tener un deterioro en el tiempo: Poner un reloj en su mesa, dividirles el tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Por no poder ver el futuro: Desglosar en etapas o tareas, leer varias p\u00e1ginas y hacer apuntes (libro).<\/li>\n<li>Tratar el problema con motivaci\u00f3n, aprender t\u00e9cnicas de modificaci\u00f3n de la conducta y aplicaci\u00f3n de consecuencias tanto positivas como negativas.<\/li>\n<li>Permitir m\u00e1s manipulaci\u00f3n externa de las tareas y normalizar el problema tanto como se pueda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El Dr. Barkley nos da tambi\u00e9n unas consideraciones b\u00e1sicas para utilizar en nuestras aulas y que en Estados Unidos se utilizan con \u00e9xito:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1125\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1125\" style=\"width: 728px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.on-school.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/LEGO-child1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1125\" src=\"http:\/\/www.on-school.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/LEGO-child1.jpg\" alt=\"Jugando con Legos\" width=\"728\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.on-school.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/LEGO-child1.jpg 728w, https:\/\/www.on-school.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/LEGO-child1-300x209.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1125\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jugando con Legos<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Tener en los centros una profesora experta en TDAH encargada de todos los ni\u00f1os con TDAH y que recomiende a los profesores que hacer en el aula. Mantener una comunicaci\u00f3n bilateral.<\/li>\n<li>No retener en el mismo grado: Cuando se les retiene los ni\u00f1os se vuelven m\u00e1s agresivos y las ni\u00f1as m\u00e1s depresivas.<\/li>\n<li>Centrarse durante las 2 primeras semanas del curso en el comportamiento m\u00e1s que en la materia que se va a dar.<\/li>\n<li>No se les debiera dar tanto trabajo como a los dem\u00e1s o al menos divid\u00edrselo.<\/li>\n<li>Todos los pupitres deben estar mirando al profesor y al afectado situarle delante.<\/li>\n<li>Enfocar en la productividad. El punto de rendimiento est\u00e1 en clase, no en casa (punto de desempe\u00f1o). Se les debiera de dar los lunes la tarea a realizar a lo largo de la semana, anotada o fotocopiada. As\u00ed la vida familiar se podr\u00e1 organizar en torno a los deberes.<\/li>\n<li>Los deberes no tienen ning\u00fan valor en primaria. Son importantes en secundaria. Superior a 1 hora y media es improductivo. Lo ideal es utilizar 10 minutos por curso.<\/li>\n<li>Mayor libertad de movimientos, ejercicio f\u00edsico, m\u00e1s descansos, clases m\u00e1s interactivas. Cuanto m\u00e1s se puedan mover, mejor aprender\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<li>Para no hacer distinciones entre los que levantan la mano y no la levantan utilizar una &#8220;pizarra contestaci\u00f3n&#8221; para todos.<\/li>\n<li>Mantener un contacto f\u00edsico y visual para llamar su atenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Preguntarle cuantos problemas puede hacer.<\/li>\n<li>Dejarles manejar el ordenador.<\/li>\n<li>Para usar recompensas: La primera semana se les dice a todos los padres que limpien los armarios y lo lleven en una caja al colegio para usar ese material como recompensa.<\/li>\n<li>Ganarse una recompensa en casa por su comportamiento en el colegio.<\/li>\n<li>Usar cartulinas de colores para comunicarse cuando se pueden mover o acercarse a la mesa del profesor.<\/li>\n<li>El castigo no funciona si no existe una compensaci\u00f3n disponible por algo positivo.<\/li>\n<li>Se debe implementar el castigo inmediatamente. Ejecutar la justicia inmediatamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cuanto a los adolescentes Barkley resalta la importancia del uso de la medicaci\u00f3n y que en el colegio tenga un profesor de apoyo o mentor con el que se pueda citar tres veces al d\u00eda para organizar, revisar sus deberes y reforzar sus habilidades sociales.<\/p>\n<p>El Dr. Barkley recomienda que a los ni\u00f1os con TDAH \u00a0se les proporcionen adaptaciones curriculares no significativas y que es imprescindible reconocer que &#8220;ser justo no es ser igual con todos, sino que ser justo es darle a cada uno lo que necesita&#8221;.
